what a crock(pot)

it’s what’s for dinner:

chicken stroganoff

2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast

1can of light low-sodium cream of mushroom soup

16oz of light sour cream

1 large chopped onion

1 cup chicken broth

1 teaspoon low sodium “better than bouillon”

salt-free poultry seasoning to taste, i like “daregal” frozen fresh herbs

1 package whole-weat, yolk-free egg noodles

rinse chicken and place in the bottom of the crock-pot, cook package of noodles.  in a medium mixing bowl blend all ingredients.  add mixture to crock-pot.  add drained noodles and mix carefully.  cook on low for about 5 hours.
