the state of my diet: bad.

today i ate the equivalent of at least two donuts in munchkins, and i have a killer craving for pizza. today’s weigh-in was 191, but to be on track with my goal i should have been 189. tonight for dinner i am having some baked talapia and green beans, it’s good, but so not what i want. i have been trying to stop my bad eating habits in the evening with some tea, that always used to work for me in the past.

my cold is much better and i totally credit the smoothie i made yesterday afternoon. i am still not in any shape to spend time on the treadmill tonight. i have a big dinner thing for work tomorrow evening, and by the time i get home i will be too worn out for the treadmill. hopefully i will be back to exercising by wednesday.

being fat sucks.
