baked tomatoes filled with egg.

cut top off of tomato and scoop out the insides, season lightly-i like poultry seasoning (what? egg is chicken), put a bit of grated cheese in the bottom of tomato, crack egg into tomato and top with more cheese and seasoning.  put in 425 degree oven for 20 minutes or so.  mmmmmmmmmm.  love it.
