a patient who was seen today was asked to give a urine sample. the patient told our staff member that she was unable to leave a sample. the staff member asked the patient if she would like a cup of water so she could try to leave the urine after the visit with the doctor. the patient stated that she wanted “a glass of warm water with lemon.” to this i say “what . . .???” what kind of place does she think i work at. when was the last time you went to the gynaecologist’s office and was offered a warm beverage of any type?
